Damaged, Defective, or Undelivered Product:
If product is damaged or defective, please contact us within ten (10) business days from the purchase date so we may replace your product. Give us a call, please let us know what is not right, and we will gladly send a replacement. Please do not discard any product and/or packaging from the shipment until we have resolved your issue.
In the event that a shipment does not arrive at the address specified for the order or your order is incomplete please contact Customer Service and tell us what product was not received so we can make it right. If you do not receive your order within (10) business days from the purchase date, contact us and we’ll resolve the issue.
